Availability: Tuesday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Wednesdays 9:00am-12:00pm, Fridays 9:00am-1:00pm (telehealth only)
Jeremy is a registered psychologist who has a genuine interest in helping people and making a difference to their lives. His warm and easy-going nature allows others to open up and engage during sessions. He enjoys staying active, getting outdoors, travelling, and meeting new people.
Jeremy has worked in a variety of settings such as sport and exercise, drug and alcohol use, chronic pain and injury rehabilitation. He has also worked with a range of ages including children, adolescents, up to older adults. In particular, Jeremy is passionate about working in performance psychology to maximise a person’s full potential. Jeremy would argue that performance is NOT limited to the field or stage, but also extends to performing your best at work, school, at home, social settings, and in personal relationships. We all play different roles in our lives, and managing these roles can be challenging. Using a number of psychological skills and strategies, Jeremy aims to help you consistently be your best self, in any role, even on your worst days.
