Megan is a registered Psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals and families develop new skills that enable them to cope effectively with the inevitable ups and downs of life. Her friendly disposition, genuine approach and non-judgmental attitude make it easy for clients to feel comfortable in opening up to her. She loves working collaboratively with others to help them identify what truly matters most to them (the things that will give them greater purpose), and helping them overcome obstacles that stop them from living a life aligned with their personal values. She enjoys quality time with her family and friends, spending time outside – camping, & bush walking, and she prioritises health and wellbeing through regular yoga, meditation and mindfulness practice.
Megan takes a strengths based approach to promote wellbeing and encourage potential and personal fulfilment, and has enjoyed working with a wide range of individuals and issues in both government and private sectors.
