Richard first starting using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in 2016 and sees this as something of a life-changing moment for him. He now works with ACT almost exclusively across a range of fields including elite sport, the performing arts, and business leadership. He continues to attend workshops and seminars by leaders in the field to continually improve his capacity to support clients effectively.

Richard is a curious, lifelong learner who is an advocate of practising ACT on himself in order to continue to grow his skills. He is currently learning classical guitar (slowly) and running long distances (also slowly) as active ways to practise present moment awareness on a regular basis.
