Trish is a passionate clinical psychologist and ACT practitioner who believes it is important to create a warm, relaxed and welcoming environment for her clients that will allow them to explore their challenges in a compassionate and uplifting way. She works together with clients to help them to understand their difficulties without judgement. Drawing upon their strengths, she provides skills and support so that each one can live their life to the fullest, no matter what the challenge.

Trish has practised psychology in public and private settings since moving on from her previous Defence career. She has gained experience working with people with disabilities; those rehabilitating from physical injuries; members of the Australian Defence Force; as well as every day mums, dads & adults.

Trish has a particular interest in supporting people of all ages to reduce their struggles and focus on what is important by meeting them where they are and without being the “expert”.
